Divorce reasoning
[edit]The reference to Berenger's use of Scientology as an excuse to have an affair and break up with his second wife seems a little biased to me, and it isn't referenced.
- Berenger, Tom (Actor):
"This week's Globe has an article on actor Tom Berenger who is divorcing his wife. He is claiming that they are divorcing because she is a scieno and has spent thousands and thousands of dollars on it." - jbwebb@gramercy.ios.com "The article says, 'Calling it a "cult", in court papers, the 47-year-old star asks the court to ban his wife from sending their three kids to Scientology classes or giving the group money from his child support payments.'" - Sue, Jigsaw6452@aol.com. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.46.49.98 (talk) 20:50, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

Short TV Show Deleted From TV History
[edit]I remember, in the late 70's or early 80's, a short-lived TV show (maybe 3 shows before it was canceled) called, 'Beringer's'. Tom Beringer was the main character and the head of a wealthy family - I guess as an answer to Dallas or Falcon Crest or that other show with the Carringtons. Anyway, I can't remember if the show's name was spelled the same as Tom Beringers and I can't find any mention of the show anwhere on the Internet. I know I'm not crazy. I was very excited about the show because I liked Tom Beringer. Now it seems I'm the only person who remembers it... Dina12145 (talk) 02:34, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
Citation suggested for "Industrial Lighting Designer"
[edit]Since there is no mention of this in the article there ought to be a citation to distinguish the mention from possible spurious/incorrect information. Arbalest Mike (talk) 12:12, 26 October 2014 (UTC)
- There is no mention on tomberengeronline of his activities involving lighting of any kind, and although some web sites suggest that he has done that kind of work, they seem to have used this article as their source.
- In the absence of any verifiable sources, then, I have removed it. Of course, it is possible that it's true, so if anybody wishes to add it as one of his activities, I trust that they will provide a source that supports it. Twistlethrop (talk) 03:14, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
