Molina or Medina?
[edit]I'm guessing that "Molina" means Luis de Molina. If so, this contradicts our article School of Salamanca, which I translated from a generally good (but citationless) article in the Spanish-language Wikipedia. That article says Bartolomé de Medina is the author of the doctrine. Can someone who knows this period better than I or who knows where to find a good independent source look into this? Thanks. -- Jmabel|Talk 03:03, Oct 15, 2004 (UTC)
- Medina, per chapter 4 of J Franklin, science of conjecture, as referenced in article, chapter 4, is the author of the doctrine. Franklin also discusses Molina, in a related context. linas (talk) 15:38, 22 February 2012 (UTC)
