Government and voting rights issues

I have restored sourced content and cites that related to the federal lawsuit and court order to end the at-large system of electing members to the county commission and to the school board. There has been considerable development in this voting rights case since earlier content was added. I've updated it to reflect sourced content about current settlement by the school board and election of minority members to the county commission and school board after the district system was established. These are important issues and deserve thorough, accurate and fully sourced treatment.Parkwells (talk) 16:12, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
