• Anime has a whole bunch of weird child articles, like catgirls. If anime fans can verify this one is true and under an appropriate (widely used) title, then give it a chance to grow a bit first. Keep for now. Securiger 12:42, 10 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Seems somewhat idiosyncratic to Megatokyo to me. Seems to be talking about This work in particular, which has apparently been turned into a Thinkgeek blanket. 3,190 google hits. Definately not at the level of catgirls, which have appeared as a major theme in actual anime (e.g. the Ctarl-Ctarl of Outlaw Star, among many others). More akin to a fairly popular SomethingAwful joke, if you ask me, but no vote for now. I am somewhat reminded of the episode of Tenchi Muyo Universe where it's snowing; this may yet be part of a larger phenomenom, although we may be getting into original research land with that. - RedWordSmith 13:35, 10 Oct 2004 (UTC)

• Hmmm the thing is that ater the numerous references on Megatokyo, the term was both used and parodied on a horde of other comics... It's not a neologism since it was first used a few years back and has been reacurring ever since.
