Hi,

I'm Friedrich Barbarossa, in the German wikipedia known as Barbarossa since January 2003. I was born in 1973 in Munich/Germany and am still living there. Besides writing articles for the Wikipedia project from time to time, I'm working as a bio-physisist at the university of Munich. My nickname, of course is related to the color of my beard, but also is a homage to one of the greatest emperors of the Holy Roman Empire during the medieval ages, Frederick I Barbarossa. I started to use this nickname while playing computer games, focussing on the medieval era. In wikipedia my main topics are:
