According to the above article, biographies of "well known entertainment figures, such as TV/movie producers, directors, writers, and actors who have starring roles, or a series of minor roles, in commercially distributed work watched by a total audience of 5,000 or more" can be included in the Wikipedia.
Now, Paul Moss is a judge in Malaysian Idol, a very popular show. Malaysian Idol is definitely watched by more than 5,000 people as the finale show had millions of votes casted in.
