Clubbing

- Are you a doctor? Your edits on rhabdomyolysis, pneumothorax etc suggest you are! Please join WikiProject "Clinical medicine". There's a cozy doctors' mess as well.
- I put emphysema back as a cause of clubbing. All my recent patients with emphysema were clubbed. That's good enough for a disease assocation, isn't it?? :-)
