Could you please elaborate what exactly the manifesto contributes besides replacing and old "inflated self-important jargon you sling around" by new one ("get onboard the cluetrain")? Mikkalai 18:52, 9 Feb 2004 (UTC)
- I agree, and have read some of the book. Here is my general impression of what the Cluetrain Manifesto preaches (and please feel free to add this to the article if you find it to be factual):
You have a business/service/institution/organization. Your stakeholders/customers are online, and they are talking about you. You would do well to engage them honestly and constructively, because if you are trying to do anything worthwile, they WILL talk about you.
