well there is a probleme I just read this piece of news today [1]and the wiky does not mention anything about stukoy so who's wrong or inacurate? if anyone can help to check it out...

This article mentions that the French destroyed 3 Mi-24 helicopters and Su-25 helicopters. The Sukhoi Su-25 is a strike aircraft, known by it's NATO designation as the "Frogfoot", it is definitely NOT a helicopter.

Problem

Again, as on other African military articles, there is something that looks like a wishlist or something, even though giving exact figures. Can someone give a source? Or the user who posted that might have forgot the source. If there is, please put it. Thank you and happy Valentine's day! Sir Jazer 13 (talk) 11:06, 14 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"Although Côte d'Ivoire had no military until more than a year after independence, one was finally organized and strengthened with French assistance. Ivoirian members of the French colonial marine infantry who had been born in Côte d'Ivoire were transferred to Abidjan in October 1961 and formed the core of the first battalion. By late 1962, the military comprised about 5,300 soldiers organized into four battalions."
