"Introduced many questions"?
[edit]On July 21st the track 'Material Girl' was leaked onto the Internet. Although the track was produced by Timbaland, background vocals of the Dead Executives were featured, which introduced many questions.
Why would it say that? LGFever05LGFever05 01:29, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
Material repeatedly being removed
[edit]I don't understand why the mention of the song "Material Girl" providing the inspiration for the film's story keeps getting removed. That's a pretty notable fact to include here, and it's referenced as well. Extraordinary Machine 00:40, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

IMDb stuff
[edit]This wonderful movie is actually #2 on the bottom 100 list, not #1 =)211.31.127.59 08:30, 5 November 2006 (UTC) oops didnt log in Zoom(2006) is number 1Bitbitz.xx 08:31, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
- Maybe so; now it's number 1, but the list changes frequently. This is clearly notable information and I have added it to the article. Further fully referenced professional critical reactions would also be useful, I think. -- TinaSparkle 12:48, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
Hello there, my name is Johnny Mangano, and I'm writing on the behalf of Brett Epstein. He was the Writer/Producer of the song "Perfect Stranger" on the Material Girls soundtrack. A reference of proof can be found on Youtube with a search for Perfect Stranger/Material Girls.mov I'm writing to ask for your assistance. He wants to add his credit to the page, such as this: (as a reference) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Message_in_a_Bottle_%28film%29 with their "MUSIC" section at the bottom, and needs to know whom to contact to do so, and to do it within the Wikipedia Guidelines correctly the first time.
Any and all help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Unsourced material removed
[edit]I originally hid this unsourced slab of text in HTML tags, but I've now removed it completely from the article:
- The soundtrack was supposed to be released on August 22, 2006, but was cancelled since the film did not have a single. Instead, the songs recorded will be put onto Hilary's next album. However, this is uncertain as in a recent interview about the film "Material Girls" Hilary stated that the cover of Madonna's song can he heard in the title and "on the soundtrack"[citation needed] A soundtrack was to be released on August 22nd, 2006 with Three new songs by Hilary including "Play With Fire", and "Material Girl". No word on if the soundtrack or songs will ever be released with the exception of Hilarys new single for her fourth coming album "Play With Fire" but the soundtrack is said to be released December 12 when the film comes out. No word yet on whether this is true.
If it is to be restored (with references, of course), it needs copyediting, rewording and bringing into line with the Manual of Style. Extraordinary Machine 21:16, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
