Unnecessary bullet lists

[edit]

I strongly disagree that the bullet list format makes it look any better; if anything, it makes it look worse. Kelly Martin 15:48, May 16, 2005 (UTC)

The problem is with searching for those courses, if they are not in a list, it is difficult to locate them, If it is in a list format, students (prospective) can compare two colleges side by side, addition and deletion is also simple (editing), I hope that we can add more info for each of the courses, in which case expansion (under them) is also simpler --IMpbt 16:13, 16 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I still think it makes the article ugly. Excessive use of bullet lists is a great way to make text look bad. Kelly Martin 22:39, May 16, 2005 (UTC)
Yeah, it may look bad, but it is most useful for all the students who look for information after writing their CET.--IMpbt 01:23, 17 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

merge

[edit]

I merged in content from BMSCE, but took out some of the description of Bangalore (as that's unncessary in this article) and a few of the more POV adjectives. -- phoebe (brassratgirl) /(talk) 21:15, 14 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've re-tagged this article as reading like an advert; because it almost looks as though it could be the college's won website or brochure. The list of courses, the list of facilities are all unencyclopedic, and at the least require independent citation as evidence of notability. I didn't simply remove them all (though I did do some cleaning up), as to do so would have removed most of the article. The tag should not simply be removed, without the article being vastly improved. Andy Mabbett (User:Pigsonthewing); Andy's talk; Andy's edits 17:14, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It appears that all of my clean-up edits, including the {{Advert}} and {{fact}} tags, have been reverted. Andy Mabbett (User:Pigsonthewing); Andy's talk; Andy's edits 17:51, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
