[edit]its also the name of a band www.jjitsu.com, they are from south-east texas and are awesome.
Or it's a special blend of three unrelated martial arts, plus some other crap Joe made up.
Subject of page
[edit]I've removed certain sections of the page as the subject of this page is the comic character. If the band Joe Jitsu is notable, create a separate page for them. --Tim 16:49, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
Black?
[edit]The article mentions him as being the first black person to be a strip hero in The Beano; But I don't really think he is black. Certainly not causican, but I wouldn't say black.
He looks black to me. Caucasian and East Asian characters are both drawn in the strip and coloured differently from him - he has to be black. Pookiyama (talk) 22:50, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
- He's not the first black Beano hero anyway, Hard-Nut the Nigger is. So I'm going to remove that info. Digifiend (talk) 09:44, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
Forked
[edit]Not sure why Joe Jitsu (Dick Tracy) was inserted into article, but forked it out and hatnoted. In ictu oculi (talk) 23:58, 24 July 2014 (UTC)
