- Delete, but not a speedy. Michael Ward 06:15, 21 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Content was Originally an acronym of "NicoustiE's and Maiger's Clan" Later on NAMC became one of the top Counter-Strike Clans in Finland. Speedy deleted at 18:31, 21 Dec 2004 by VampWillow saying (patent nonsense). I agree with deletion but do not believe that it met any of the specific criteria for speedy deletion. It was not patent nonsense in the very specific way we use that term. Regardless, once the speedy designation was challenged, it should have been required to run it's course on VfD. I 'speedied' this yesterday whilst looking through a batch of listed pages. Some I didn't agree with the person adding the tag with and left them for consideration by others, some, like this one, I felt it sufficiently clear-cut that there was no meaningful content (I'd also note that it isn't actually an acronym). At the time I deleted it there was no discussion here - I checked first. I would note in passing however that a number of editors have placed speedy and delete tags on the same article at the same time; this does create the possibility to complicate matters. Only one should be used (speedy if relevant, changing to delete if discussion ensues). --[[User:VampWillow|Vamp:Willow]] 18:43, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)
