This article should have been processed for deletion in May, with a Delete consensus having been clearly achieved. Someone familiar with the Deletion policy should process this article accordingly. -Joshuapaquin 19:52, July 14, 2005 (UTC)
Trivia. Serves no purpose except partisan denigration. (by the way I'm a British atheist and have never heard of the chap, so no "I wish all conservative theocrats would just die comments" please). Oliver Chettle 14:07, 7 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete, though I am in general agreement with MAD on this one. -R. fiend 14:09, 7 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep it is a sad but true note in Virginia history. Vaoverland 14:22, May 7, 2005 (UTC)
- delete, already part of Jerry Falwell, essentially worthless otherwise, unless someone wanted to make a List of dumb people, which would be deleted. Sensation002 23:41, 11 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Not encyclopedic. --Tabor 23:43, 11 May 2005
- Delete. Definitely POV. --Chanting Fox 23:44, 11 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Falwell is being taken out of context. --Bobby 03:23, 23 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Duplicates content from Jerry Falwell and is therefore redundant. -Joshuapaquin 05:17, Jun 14, 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, though the reasons put forth by Chanting Fox and Bobby are absurd. It's POV on the part of MAD Magazine, sure, but that doesn't make the article POV. And Falwell is not being taken out of context, Falwell clearly stated that he blamed 9/11 on feminists, gays, and lesbians, among other groups. However it should still be deleted for the simple reason that it's a pointless duplicate of part of the Jerry Falwell article.
- Delete - the only reason to keep would be if the MAD magazine Dumbest Person award were to grow enough in importance to have its own article separate from the MAD article (in which case obviously Falwell will need to be mentioned among others) but this aint the case. - Delete This information is already included in the Jerry Falwell entry. By itself, does not rate an entry. --Tony Hecht 22:50, 29 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Even though I agree, it's POV. Karmafist 23:01, 14 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
