Ok, is this a trivial, imaginary encoding that I just made up myself? I mean, it exists here:

but that is just RZ which has been through an inverter first. Here is the diagram I was going to add:
but now I think maybe the article is unnecessary. The I in NRZI really means inverting, not inverted, so RZ, inverting, would be a pulse that switches direction every 1, but this term RZI is pretty rare. I just assumed that since there is NRZI, NRZ, and RZ, there would be RZI, but this inverted version is all I have seen online. - Omegatron 04:48, Dec 3, 2004 (UTC)
