Am I right in thinking Chief executive would normally refer to the head of government in the US, but in the UK it would be a CEO? -- Sam 14:30, 11 Dec 2003 (UTC)
The head of the government is *never* called a chief executive in the UK. A chief executive is the head of a business. The head of the government in the UK is the Prime Minister. Secretlondon 14:36, Dec 11, 2003 (UTC)
