Programming language namesake
[edit]"Since the late 1990s, they may be playing off the popular Java programming language."
I question the validity of this statement. I highly doubt that the typicial coffee house owner/patron will know about the programming language. If "Java" has been added to the name of a coffee house, I imagine it's because it's a coffee type, rather than a programming language.

Commercial links
[edit]I've removed two commercial links from the references section. The first one (to www.cw-usa.com), was a pretty easy choice. Although it had some real information, it was clearly promotional in nature. The second one (merdekacoffee.com) was slightly less clear cut. Although there was some nice reference information for Java coffee, it still was somewhat promotional in nature, and the link was directly to the site's front page. I'm going to try to look around this weekend for some non-commercial references to replace what I removed. ScottW 22:35, 8 April 2006 (UTC)
Mocha vs Mocca
[edit]I found, Googling,
- about 68,500 for "mocha java" coffee.
and
- about 4,340 for "mocca java" coffee.
but in the 1 sent of the 5th of the 6 'graphs
- This coffee is prized as one component in the traditional "Mocca Java" blend, which pairs coffee from Yemen and Java.
and no reference that could support the spelling. Our article Mocha, Yemen documents that city as the origin of the name of the coffee variety, and it has Mocha City, Mokha, and Mukha as redirects. (Mocca is Rdr to the TopHat-Dab'd article on an Indonesian band, and Mocca (disambiguation) comes closest to coffee (only via the band!) in the sense that Indonesia is traditionally associated with coffee. The problems with the Dab and Rdr are off-topic here.) I've converted it to what i (and Google) expected to find; if we're wrong, let's have some kind of evidence for what i've removed.
