[edit]The American window cleaner mentioned in the first silly post and in the first corrected one is spelled Windex, not Vindex.
- (Note however that the classical pronunciation of "Vindex" would sound quite a bit like the English "Windex", roughly ['wIndεks].)
--- Define "Classical Latin". In the late first century AD and early 2nd (Pliny 9.19 and Tacitus) did they use the classical pronunciation? Even if they did, the article can do without this silliness. And we don't use Windex any more, we use Cif, which is a whole other joke!
