I had to delete the reference to the port being the second busiest as Long Beach. I read in

that the port was # 3, the article did not give one and two.

Publications of American Association of Port Authorities usually list Port of Los Angeles or adjacent Port of Long Beach (they both share San Pedro Bay) as either #1 or #2, depending upon criteria used(e.g., total value of imports, total tonnage, total number of containers), with Port of New York and New Jersey (which includes Port Newark-Elizabeth) almost always taking #3 rank, ever since 1990.209.244.188.157 04:03, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Terror text removed pending cite

I removed the sentences calling the terminal "one of the highest-risk terrorist target sites in the U.S." The cite given is a newspaper article that quotes an unnamed, undated New York Times article that I could not find.

The facility is considered to be one of the highest-risk terrorist target sites in the United States. Other such sites in New Jersey include the Holland Tunnel and the PATH station at Exchange Place, both of which are in Jersey City, and the Lincoln Tunnel, which connects nearby Weehawken to Manhattan.^[1]

I think I found it: http://www.nytimes.com/2005/05/09/nyregion/09homeland.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0. I would suggest forgetting about the Union City Reporter article, which is talking about Hudson County but somehow including Port Elizabeth in Union County. The Times article talks about Newark Airport, the port and the area between them. Neutron (talk) 05:55, 17 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
